Factors to utilize recipe booklet with a high dietary fiber content among general population

Therefore, a collection of recipes for local dishes with high dietary fiber content was created to help residents incorporate dietary fiber into their diets. It was suggested that public nutrition policy needs to disseminate information to make those who are not interested in health awareness and nutrition education activities become interested in health and nutrition before disseminating nutrition knowledge.
