The purpose of this study was to investigate factors which contribute to student recruitment based on level of satisfaction with university. The subjects were 239 junior college students who study for teaching certificate of elementary school, kindergarten, childminder. The data were obtained through questionnaires("satisfaction survey to live a fulfilling student life"). Their questionnaires were consisted of 128 items, and turned 51 items into an object of analysis. The results of factor analysis (using the principal factor analysis with promax rotation), four factors(16 items)about level of satisfaction with university were extracted. The four factors were named as "reinforcement of facilities environment(8 items)", "teaching by teacher and curriculum(3 items)", "reinforcement of human relationship(3 items)" and "extracurricular activity(2 items)". The results of multiple linear regression analysis revealed that "Do you recommend your university for junior fellow and brother and sister?" was significantly related to "teaching by teacher and curriculum", "reinforcement of human relationship" and "extracurricular activity". These results indicated that heightening level of satisfaction of teaching by teacher, curriculum, human relationship and extracurricular activity could contribute to student recruitment.
