The actual state of misconception for physique and the social physique anxiousness of 1724 adolescent females in East Asia were investigated by the questionnaire method. There were not distinct differences in the distribution of actual, subjective and ideal physique among the 4 cities in East Asia Fifty-four percent of the subjects were within the normal weight range.
